Do you deliver internationally?

International shipping times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

How will I receive updates about my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. For Local orders delivery will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still request a return after delivery depends on situation. See our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within the eligible time frame stated in our policy.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can update your delivery address before dispatch.

Why is my parcel taking longer than expected?

Delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume seasons, weather conditions, or customs checks for international orders.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free nationwide delivery across UAE on all orders, with 60AED minimum spend required.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long do your press-ons last?

  • TEMPORARY WEAR: 1 – 5 DAYS (USING STICKY TABS)
  • LONG-TERM WEAR: 1 – 3 WEEKS (USING NAIL GLUE)

NOTE THAT THESE ESTIMATES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL LIFESTYLE FACTORS AND WHETHER THE CORRECT TECHNIQUE WAS USED DURING APPLICATION.

What comes with my Contact Lens purchase?

Each pair comes with a lens case and tools.

 How do I choose colored contacts?

  • Skin Tone: Warm tones suit earthy browns, golds, and hazels; cool tones complement blues, grays, and jewel shades.
  • Eye Color: Dark eyes enhance with rich colors like blue, green, or hazel; light eyes look great with softer shades like aqua or honey.
  • Hair Color: Warm blondes and redheads should go for green, hazel, or light brown lenses; browns and blacks are flattered by honey, green, or blue lenses.

How long do contact lenses last?

Our products have a shelf life of one year. However, for health reasons, we recommend that if you wear your lenses frequently, you should consider replacing them after 8-10 months of use, rather than waiting until a full year.

How to know if a contact lens is inside out?

1. Place the lens on your fingertip. 2. Hold it up to eye level so you can view it from the side. 3. If your contact lens is worn from the front, it will look like a small cup with the edges all pointing straight up. 4. An inverted contact lens will look more like a rimmed bowl with the edges flaring outward.
